Career + leadership coaching for mid-career women who are ready to exhale
I want ThatMaybe you're thinking:
You're squeezing into an off-the-rack career. It photographs well but feels restrictive because it wasn't designed to showcase your strengths, values, and goals.
I help women whose careers look great on paper stop squeezing into work lives that don't fit and start creating ones that do.
Like you, I’ve collected all the “right” experiences:
I’ve stepped away from jobs titles, like Vice President of Operations, and bodies of work, like Inner Workout, that looked impressive but began to feel restrictive.
Now my career looks a little weird to some people. I mean, you’re reading a sales page where I call myself a Career Tailor. But I wear it with confidence. I've built a portfolio career that plays to my strengths and gives me space to be a full human inside and outside of my work day.
Through three months of intensive coaching, you'll move through my Awareness → Action → Attainment framework:
Pre-work: Foundation Building
Before our first coaching session, you'll complete:
- A comprehensive strengths assessment
- A career values assessment
- Reflection prompts on how your strengths and values are—or aren’t—showing up at work
This pre-work gets you in an introspective headspace so we can dive deep from our very first session.
Month 1:
Awareness
- Explore your assessment insights and discoveries
- Identify patterns and themes in your career story
- Get honest about what’s not working in your work life—and why
Month 2:
Action
- Trim away what no longer fits
- Design career experiments to test what you actually want
- Navigate real-time challenges and opportunities
Month 3:
Attainment
- Integrate learnings from your experiments
- Start owning your unique leadership style, strengths, and desires
- Create your sustainable path forward with clarity and conviction
I’m just a voice note or text message away. You'll have direct access to me between sessions for:
- Real-time support as you navigate workplace challenges
- Encouragement as you implement experiments and insights
- Accountability to keep moving forward
- Thought partnership in your back pocket
- Comprehensive strengths coaching report
- Career experiment design and tracking tools
- A library of mind-body practices
- A surprise gift to celebrate your growth
This is for you if:
This is not for you if:
I know how tempting it is want someone to float down in a Galinda-style bubble (Broadway lovers will get this reference!) and tell you what to do. That's not what this space is for. I don't want you to depend on me for the answers. I want to connect you to the answers that exist within. To learn more about my coaching approach, check out the Not Career Advice series and this blog post.
It's probably easier to start with what doesn't happen. I don't do a hard sell and tell you this offer will self-combust at the end of our call. This call is your time. My goal is to make sure you have all the information you need to make the right decision for you. I ask you questions to get a sense of where you are now and where you'd like to be. And I encourage you to ask me as many questions as you'd like.
I like the way you think! Many organizations allow employees to put professional development funds toward coaching. Here's an article to help you craft a pitch to your boss. And I know sales page talks about you being less than thrilled with your current work-life, so I'm happy to provide materials that might be more palatable for your boss or HR team.
And if you work for yourself, this should qualify as a professional development deduction. (Double check with your accountant just to be safe!)
This program focuses on the deeper work of career clarity and alignment, not tactical job search support. However, I can refer you to people who can help in those areas.
I'll do you one better. I'll help you think through what your ideal portfolio career looks and feels like and what it will take to start moving in that direction.
You’re in the right place! That's exactly why this program exists. Don’t worry about coming to coaching with all the answers. What you need is the space and support to discover the answers within. Most clients start our work feeling confused about what feels off and end with clarity.
Clients often tell me about shifts in perspective and confidence within the first couple of sessions. However, sustainable career change is a process that continues beyond our three months together. Researcher Herminia Ibarra says it takes 3-5 years to make a full career transition. Our work together helps you build that initial momentum.
I do! But I want to be clear that this isn’t a business strategy program. Our work together will help you understand yourself, your strengths, and what you want out of work. As a business owner myself, I know firsthand how valuable that knowledge can be.
That's a completely valid outcome! We often think changing jobs or business models will solve everything, but that’s not always the case. Sometimes the solution is changing how you show up in your current role, setting better boundaries, or creating a fuller life outside of work.
Absolutely! Some clients choose to continue with quarterly or monthly sessions for ongoing support. We can discuss options during our final session.
The women I work with are done pretending their careers fit perfectly when they don't. They're ready to exhale, get honest, and create something better.
If that's you, let's talk.
During our call, we'll explore what's not working in your work life and whether a coaching relationship makes sense for both of us.
Note: I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure you get the personalized attention you deserve. If you're feeling called to this work, but aren't sure it's the right time,
I encourage you to send me a note.
